I thought I got it working but it seems like failing.
Also, the builds are supposed to be hooked to the wsit-javanet build but
somehow it's not happening. Looks like this needs some investigation.
I'm done with JAXB 2.1 EA, so I should be able to spend some time on the
test harness. I also wanted to make more progress on converting JAX-WS
unit tests to this harness, too.
