I have updated the harness code to support the wstrust test. There are
some changes required on the WS trust side.
Instead of constructing a new URI from stsEPStr in SecurityClientPipe,
please create a new URI. This will ensure that the endpoint of sts can
work with local transport.
Please let us know if you run into any issues.
