I'm not sure that's possible.
We use the org.apache file upload library and I'm not sure how much
information
we get from successes/failures.
I has been a long standing bug/rfe to use the lastest file upload library.
This library I think is more robust and offers more choices in
implementing this
functionality and hopefully more success/failure information/control.
If any work is going to be done on FileUpload, it would probably be just
as much
work to harden the current code as it would be to just move to the
latest version.
