Ed,

that doesn't have the proposed changes for
https://java.net/jira/browse/SERVLET_SPEC-73, which I guess is because they
are just proposed at this stage.

It would be really good if that could be moved to git, then proposals could
come in the form of forks and/or pull requests and we could test on each
others repos easily.
