That is a build of the trunk of Jersey (the bleeding edge if you will)
which hasn't yet caught up with all the API changes we made from 0.4
to 0.5. We're working on rolling those changes in bit-by-bit but for
now Jersey is somewhere between 0.4 and 0.5 - the jsr311-api.jar
bundled with the Jersey distro was built from this branch of the JSR
311 API:

The above branch is essentially the 0.4 API + the split entity
provider from 0.5.
