The "Submission of Materials for Final Ballot to the JCP" is planned for this week.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or would like to point out any last-minute typos. The plan is to submit
the spec, RI and TCK on time at Wednesday 20th March but it may slip a day or two depending on how long it takes to get
the final RI build and the required paperwork ready.
