The schema I am running it against is the QuickBooks v2.0 SDK. It can be downloaded here:

http://developer.intuit.com/downloads/

There are several schemas downloaded with the SDK. The one that overloaded, was <QBSDK2.0 installDir>\tools\validator\qbxmlops20.xsd
