Assuming it will be in the morning time in the US, I can work with any day
except for Thursday morning (booked until 11 EST).

Ajay Reddy,

I'm not sure if Alex will join -- he's still an EG member, but has
transferred to another organization within Oracle, and I'm not sure what
his time commitments are like now.

CET is six hours ahead of EDT, so even 3:00 or 4:00 PM CET would be OK for
us. Pacific time is nine hours behind CET, though -- not sure if we have
anybody on the US West Coast.

I can do pretty much any time Tuesday through Friday next week.

Doodle is OK with me if someone else hosts it -- we've been told that using
Survey Monkey violates some Oracle policy, so I'm wary of using similar
services. :-(

      Sounds like a good idea.

At least Will and Alex should he be able to join plus other Oracle
colleagues where they also do are mostly based in the US, what is a
good time? I am rather flexible from 6pm CET onwards, hope others
also have no problem if it was a little later here in Europe? Making
it bearable for those in America even on the East Coast?

Does it make sense to suggest some timeslots in a Doodle or similar?

I think it would be good for us all to meet soon, and perhaps set
up a recurring meeting for the next month or two.

The idea for the first meeting would be to go over open issues from
the EDR and discuss possible resolutions, so it will be helpful if
        everyone's read it beforehand.

Can everyone reply with an indication of their availability next
week (day of the week, time/time zone)?

My preference for a meeting "venue" would be Zoom (http://zoom.us)
-- it allows for screen sharing, voice and video, and doesn't
require sign-in or an account (I would host), but it does require a
client download. I don't believe the client has to be installed,
you should be able to easily delete it afterward. There are also
free Android, and possibly iPhone, clients.

Alternatively, we could try Google Hangouts. Open to other
        suggestions as well.

        Let me know,

        Will
