hello, I add jvm argument '-XX:-MaxFDLimit' in an environment: os: redhat
linux 6 Arch: i386 JVM: 1.6.0_26, GlassFish: 3.1 and after I noticed that the
value 'MaxFileDescriptorCount displays the value "65535", knowing that this
is the value of openfiles and descriptors changed in linux from file "/ etc /
security / limits.conf". but adding this argument '-XX:-MaxFDLimit' in a
environment: os: redhat linux 6 (64 bit), Arch: amd64, JVM: 1.6.0_32
(64bits), GlassFish: 3.1 the value of "MaxFileDescriptorCount" always
displays the value 1024. Is there another jvm argument to add? Thanx.
