Hi every body, I have an error message "Too many open files" and when I add
the following 2 lines in the file / etc / security / limits.conf: * soft
nofile 65535 * hard nofile 65535 Then I saw this value is supported by the
operating system but when I view the state of the JVM with VisualVM tool /
MBeans he displays the old value MaxFileDescriptorCount = 1024. The
configuration I use is: OS: Red Hat 6 64 bit Arch glassfish 3.1 JDK: 1.6_32
(64 bits) thanks
