 Hi Sathyan,

I'm not sure if "/tmp" is different than "tmp/" or "tmp". If I got to "/"
(the farthest up the directory tree I can go), and type "ls", then I see a
directory called "tmp/". I can then type cd "tmp" or "tmp/" or "/tmp" and
they all take me to the same place (judging from what's in those
directories).

From the "/" directory, I can see the following:

drwxrwxrwx  22 root root  4096 Feb   6  13:55 tmp/

So this should mean everyone has read/write/execute permission. Am I missing
something? I'm no Linux guru.
