Have you had a look into the JSF pages ... possibly the DTD use an ID which
is not known by GlassFish Catalogue... or myfaces somehow uses it's own
validating XML parser.
What happens if you put
127.0.0.1 java.sun.com
in the 'hosts' file of the server where GlassFish runs?
