Glassfish Version = GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.1.1-b10 (build 10)

OS is Debian Linux, 32 bit, a stable verion from 2010.

I have tried to run enable-secure-admin when the domain isn't started, but it
tells me to start the domain.
