Can you tell us which build of GlassFish you are using?
Which operating system you are using?
I do not know what kind of optimization NetBeans tries to do, if any, in
managing the connection to the server. It might be interesting to make sure
NB is stopped before enabling secure admin and restarting the server, just in
case something is going on with that connection.
