It looks like the password for your new.jks is different from the GlassFish
master password.
Use keytool and change the password for new.jks to match the glassfish master
password. That should solve the problem. Additionally if you have set a
keypassword for the key and if that is also different from the glassfish
master password then make sure it is also set to the master password.
