 You JDK version 1.6u10 doesn't meet the minimum requirement.   You need to
update that to latest version.

According to the certification  matrix in the  release
note,http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E18930_01/html/821-2434/abpaj.html#abpak,

you need 1.6.0_26+

This is probably the reason.
