Now it works fine.

 

To invoke full cluster synchronization without following the external link
execute:

 asadmin> *start-instance* [*--sync full*] *instance-name*

or

$ *asadmin start-local-instance *[*--node node-name*] [*--sync full*]
*instance-name*
