It appears from looking at your error message that all instances in the
cluster may not have been started correctly. Please ensure that all instances
(especially the first configured instance) in your cluster are running before
deploying the app. If you still face problems after this, have a look at
the GF instance log and the MQ broker log (available at
<gf-instance-home>/imq/<MQ-instance>/logs/log.txt). You could also send it to
us, if you can't decipher what may be going wrong.
