ejb refs from other EARs need to be mapped to the global jndi names of the
target EJB.  Since you've disabled the GlassFish-specific ones, you will
need to update these ejb refs to map to portable jndi names.  This is
usually done in glassfish-ejb-jar.xml (or sun-ejb-jar.xml).  Look in
server.log for its portable jndi names.
