Thanks for the info.
I hadn't specified any global jndi names, it seems Glassfish automatically
looks for the EJB in other EARs for you, but uses the old glassfish jndi
names.
So I'm guessing there is no global way to change the Glassfish behaviour, so
I will need to add these glassfish-ejb-jar.xml files to all our ejb-jars (not
a small task) or from research perhaps add the lookup property to the
@EJB annotation.
