I really depends on the content of the application. There are a number of things that can be specific to JBoss starting with APIs but most likely deployment descriptors, JNDI names and container configuration options. You can try the trial and error approach and try to deploy the ear as-is (with the proper resources configured in GlassFish first) and report back with specific issues you face.
