The URL probably needs a FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name) -
http://Develop2:8080/test4
[1] does not have FQDN. It is possible that the
underlying APIs used to obtain the URL cannot get the FQDN because of some
system configutation - see
http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/net/InetAddress.html#getCanonicalHostName
