We also have to choose the client database dynamically and are forced to create our EntityManagers similar like you did. So you may want to look at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=175837&start=0 if you have trouble with lazy loading OneToOne and ManyToOne relationships.
