This is happening to me since on a GF 2+. I think the previous assessments above are right. The application can take requests before the webservices are being generated and then the endpoint is marked as invalid.
I have 7 webservices and in load situation we can reproduce this right away! Load is important.
Anyone know how to force the webservices to regenerate ?
