asadmin create-service on a Windows 2003 server box gives me this lovely hunk of steaming spaghetti:

C:\>asadmin create-service --name=Glassfish

Found setAccessible: public static void java.lang.reflect.AccessibleObject.setAc
cessible(java.lang.reflect.AccessibleObject[],boolean) throws java.lang.Security
Exception
Found the Windows Service and successfully uninstalled it.

So...again I ask :-) how does one create Glassfish as a service on Windows 2003?

Thanks,
