Yes, just take the ZIP file and don't bother with the installer:
http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/glassfish/3.0.1/release/glassfish-3.0.1.zip

Or get a 3.1 promoted build from
http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/glassfish/3.1/promoted/
