I no longer have difficulty deploying or running application client in Netbeans or using GF3.1 asadmin commands. However, the remaining issue left are as follows:
( i ) Netbeans 6.8 - inability to deploy project using Ant (ant run-deploy), assuming the running application client (ant run-ac) is working. Refer to my 19th of April update in this threat for detail. Try running "ant run" in the EAR project folder which should do both deployment & run application client at the same time.
( ii ) GF 3.1 - not able to open up Admin Console whether invoked from Netbeans or through browser IE/Firefox.
Have you tried these steps and have they worked for you on Windows XP platform?
