Can you paste the stack trace found in server.log ?
The file should be at
<AS>/domains/domain1/logs/server.log.
Do you see this exception ONLY after you deployed an app to a cluster ?
Can you go to the cluster -> Applications tab to see this deployed app ?
Can you see this app using CLI ?
