That is a temporary solution.
We have done that first and after that what we have done is
Took ulimit -a
Found open files as 1024 only
So put "userName - nofile 16384" in the following file
/etc/security/limits.conf
Logged out, logged in , did su and took again the ulimit -a
I guess it got resolved.
Time will say.

Have you tried restarting the PC that the server is installed?
When I get this sort of errors, I usually, restart the PC.
