Thanks, it is good to know that our EJB 2.1 jar files will still be valid in Glassfish v3. In the end, we cleaned up the ear file and deployment descriptors to make the deployment finally work. We found that we sometimes needed to stop the Glassfish server and delete the conetnets of the domain applications directory before we could get a successful deployment.
