After some more debugging and thanks to your help (Alexey and you), I am now sure that the corruption of SOAP requests were due to a bug in method DefaultProcessorTask.doProcess(InputStream, OutputStream).
This bug is effectively fixed in version 1.0.30.
Therefore using the classpath-prefix in domain.xml to reference this specific version is an effective workaround to this corruption problem.
