Anything in the server.log when you deployed through admin console?
How were the libraries provided? Packaged inside the application, or provided as part of the deployment through console deploy screen?
If it's packaged inside the application, can you check the war you tried to deploy through the admin console to see if the libraries were packaged in there as expected?
