You have 2 app.servers.
Some client is trying to connect to a bean in app.server #1, but failing.
It is acting as if it is actually connecting to app.server #2 where the bean is [b]not[/b] deployed.
You can test this theory by deploying the bean to both app.servers and seeing if it works.
If it does, then your client is connecting to the wrong app.server.
If it doesn't, then I'm out of ideas.
