Unfortunately you can't use connection factories and destinations created using the MQ admin console in Glassfish. Glassfish can only use JMS administered objects created using its own tools.
The administered objects used by Glassfish are higher-level than those created using the MQ admin tool: they reflect the resource adapter rather than the underlying JMS implementation being used.
