Not that i know the reason, but it may be helpful to try to narrow it down first.
Can you start the server not using NetBeans ?
Here is what you can do:
cd C:\Program Files\glassfish-v2ur2\bin
asadmin start-domain --verbose=true domain1
This will output the logs on the screen. Please copy & paste the output to the forum. See if this can start up, so we know whether the failure is related to NetBeans environment. If it fails here also, hopefully it can show the reason.
