Can u please check to see if your download of the install image is okay? You could check the size, checksum cross referring to the information in the download site.
Looks like you have attempted unsuccessful multiple installations and this needs manual cleanup unless you have gone through an un-installation process.
Before you attempt the next installation,
-Remove the <InstallDir> and its contents
-Remove <Windows System Dir>\productregistry, where <Windows System Dir> is usually <Drive where you installed windows>\windows\system32.
-Also make sure that if you have any running processes(server, open explorer etc.,) occupying this location are cleaned up properly.
