thanks for replying tim, i also was suspecting the same thing after reading your article at

But this measn there is no workaround to this ? I mean an additional 40 MB for a 15KB client is too much?
Also, there is this website called TopCoder.com that organizes online competitions through a smiliar mechanism (my guess)

The size of this website's application client turns out to be around 2 MB. how is this possible then ??
