Tough to say since weblogic and websphere and OracleAppServer have the lion's share of the market
I recommend OracleAppServer for Oracle Backend(drivers are built in/easy integration to ANT/Maven)
and Glassfish for any other DB repository (SQLServer/MySQL/Postgres)
