Did you monitor those traffic by the same time ? Perhaps, were those tools, running against each other to monitor resources ?
How much CPU and cores does that machine have ?
Are there many system services running on this machine ?
At the end, I more comfortable by using OS tools to monitor cpu statustics, like prstat, ps or top.
