Here addition info about our system:

We use MySQL (version 5.0.21-standard) installed on the same server with SJSAS 8.2.
Configuration on medium template with InnoDB supporting.
JDBC-driver 5.0.3, we use com.mysql.jdbc.jdbc2.optional.MysqlConnectionPoolDataSource class.
We have 15 data sources and 15 pools for applications.
