Yes, V2.1 is after V2UR2. V2.1 will be totally compatible with V2, so
you should be able to upgrade with ease. I suggest you first try out one
of the V2.1 builds and see if it addresses your issue or not.
I don't know about any plans to release V2UR3 at this point of time.
