We are fixing all critical bugs on the v3_prelude_branch for v3 prelude release at end of Oct. I am not sure if all the fixes in monitoring has been ported to the trunk.
Maybe you should checkout your code from
https://svn.dev.java.net/svn/glassfish-svn/branches/v3_prelude_release

After the build, you should be using distribution/web/target/web.zip

If you are not building from source yourself, you can get a promoted build from
http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3-prelude/promoted/
