I re installed the webserver on HOST2 and now the things are fine.
Thanks alot for your guidance so far..
Now I am able to access clusterjsp from
http://HOST1/clusterjsp as well as
http://HOST2/clusterjsp
Now comes the second problem.
We dont have budget for IP sprayer and hence we shall most likey go for the DNS option.
Can you please help me with working further on the problem by pointing towards some available material or share your own thoughts on it..
