I'm having problems with Visual Web applications and FF3 too. The main problem is pages don't load all the content, or lose part of it after minimize and maximize. I suspect the problem is related to javascript, dojo library, or delays in javascript execution.
The worst part of Mozilla is previous versions of FF are not available, or at least I haven't found them.
