So you get similar screens through the 7th screen shot in the "tutorial" at https://glassfishplugins.dev.java.net/eclipse33/index.html.

When the IDE restarts, you are unable to see GF in the New Server dialog.

You are on Windows... which flavor?

One other problem may be a space-in-path issue inside the plugin... If you install Eclipse in c:\test\eclipse, does the plugin seem to install and operate correctly?
