The grammar seems a bit jumbled, so I can only guess that the Application Server page contains a "Local packaged file or directory" option which I'm supposed to click... But there is no such option and I don't see any other which starts with "Local" either, so my second guess (that a huge portion, starting right after "Local," was removed) is also wrong. So can someone please tell me what it's supposed to say? Thanks!
