That page is a bit hard to understand...
I would recommend that you follow the link labeled '[+] Feedback' (at the top or bottom of the page) and provide your feedback.
The folks that write that document get direct feedback via that mechanism. They might read this forum, but it is certain that they see the feedback that comes through the "official" channel.
