This machine is new windows installation and just installs JDK then sun application server.
This message appears after installed sun application server.
Yes, application server is start corrects and works properly.
No java application running on this server (desktop or web).
After restart, sun application server work fine and can login successfully.
I think that this message appears for something missing and sun application server needs it at starting.
