Please modify /path/to/glassfish/config/asenv.conf and set the following variables .

AS_NSS="/usr/lib"
AS_NSS_BIN="/path/to/glassfish/lib/upgrade"

where /path/to/glassfish is the path to your glassfish installation directory.
