I'm running this on SLES 10 and I already have nspr4.so on the box.

orion:/opt/glassfish/current # locate nspr4
/usr/lib/libnspr4.so
/usr/lib64/libnspr4.so

Is it a matter of adding these libraries to the glassfish class path? How do I do this?
